All Florida Yachts Sales is a Professional Yacht/Boat Sales Brokerage based out of Florida looking to expand our amazing team in response to our success, our 5-star reputation and the latest 271% increase in our industry. We are seeking "Go Getters" to join our sales team. This role is incredibly unique and will provide you with the opportunity to realistically find financial freedom for your long-term future while having fun as you do it!

*Before Applying Please Review These Important Considerations*

• Boating/Boat/Yacht Industry & Sales Experience are *NOT* required, however you must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, show a willingness to learn and have a sense of urgency.
• If selected, you will start with 10-12 weeks’ of in office training (9am-5pm), earning a $250/week draw.
• There is no base salary for this position as it is strictly commission based.
• Applicants must be able to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License (This may possibly be covered by the company, but it is case-by-case and can be discussed during the interview process.)
• Once training is complete you will be eligible to apply for the State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License, this requires fingerprinting and a background check.
• Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ownership of a truck that is capable of towing boats is also a plus.

"A Day in the Life of a Yacht/Boat Sales Professional"

• Drive sales through proactively identifying prospective Buyers and Sellers.
• Generate and manage leads & prospects, specifically targeting new customers and conducting follow up activities that will build rapport.
• Develop client relationships by providing informed and impartial advice while managing the entire sales process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.
• Manage listings while monitoring industry, pricing and sales trends.
